LUCELEC to declare Dividend

The Board of Directors of St Lucia Electricity Services Ltd will, at a meeting scheduled for Friday 1 December 2006, consider a dividend declaration. Payment of the dividend will be paid during the period 18 to 22 December 2006.

Payment would be made to shareholders on record as at 30 November 2006.
