TCL Group to List on the Eastern Caribbean Securities Exchange (ECSE)

The TCL Group is pleased to announce its Official Listing on the Eastern Caribbean Securities Exchange. The Listing Ceremony will take place on Friday December 15, 2006 at the ECCB’s Auditorium, Bird Rock, Basseterre, St. Kitts.

The TCL Group is a manufacturing, market and service oriented organization which is essentially involved in the manufacture and sale of bulk and bagged cement, and which has vertically integrated into the manufacture and sale of packaging materials and premixed concrete. Through a process of diversification and expansion, TCL has evolved from a single cement manufacturing operation into a full-fledged Group of Companies with operations throughout the English-speaking Caribbean.

The Group CEO, Dr. Rollin Bertrand describes this milestone event as signifying the Group's commitment to regional share ownership and as being consistent with its Corporate tagline, "One Caribbean...One Company."
